Clicks are visits from Google search. Impressions are the times a page appeared in results. Results depend on the site, the market and the competition, and nobody can guarantee a ranking.

What we look for in your data

Google Search Console shows every search your site appeared for, how often, at what position, and how many people clicked. Most sites have the same handful of problems hiding in it.

Click leaks

Searches where you are shown hundreds of times but almost nobody clicks. The ranking already exists, so a better title, description or page is the cheapest traffic you can get.

Nearly there

Searches where you sit between position 4 and 20, close enough to page one that a matching heading, more depth or a few internal links can move you up.

Pages competing with each other

Two or more of your own pages chasing the same search, so Google splits the signal and none of them wins. We pick one and point the others to it.

The wrong audience

Traffic broken down by country and device. Thousands of clicks from people who cannot buy from you are worth less than fifty from Kenya, and we tell you which you have.

Technical blockers

Pages Google cannot index, duplicate addresses, a missing or broken sitemap, slow mobile pages and missing structured data. These cap everything else.

Searches with no page

Questions people ask that your site half answers. We plan the guide, tool or service page that answers them properly.

How an SEO engagement works

The same loop every time: measure, change one set of things, measure again.

1

Access and baseline

You add us to Google Search Console, or we set it up and submit your sitemap. We save a 90-day snapshot so every later change has something to be measured against.

2

Diagnose

We group your searches by intent, list the click leaks, near misses and competing pages, and split traffic by country and device. You get a short ranked list, not a 60-page PDF.

3

Fix

Titles and descriptions that lead with the search, deeper page content, FAQs and structured data, internal links, merged pages and technical fixes. Every change is logged.

4

Re-measure

Four to six weeks later we compare a new snapshot against the baseline and report what moved, what did not and why. What did not work gets dropped, not repeated.

Worked example

What a review actually finds

From our 1 October 2026 review of The Pharma Partner, a pharmaceutical compliance consultancy. Real findings, including one where our own earlier fix did not work.

Read the full write-up
  • Four pages fighting over one search. "ppb ectd" had about 650 impressions and roughly one click, because four of the site's own pages were competing for it. We chose the guide as the one page for that search and repointed the others to it.
  • A title rewrite that did not move the number. "shelf life calculator" went from 28,533 impressions at 0.69% click-through to 50,483 at 0.58%. Splitting by device showed why: 0.30% on mobile against 1.09% on desktop at the same position. That is a ranking problem, not a title problem, so we stopped spending on it.
  • The audience that can buy. Most clicks came from India, but Kenyan clicks doubled from 199 to 409. Kenyan searches now set the priorities.
  • A deadline to catch. The site's strongest Kenyan page covered a regulatory deadline, and 19% of people searching its Kenyan query clicked through. With one month left before the deadline, it went to the top of the list.

Frequently asked questions

How much do SEO services cost in Kenya?

Our SEO Audit is KES 10,000 one-time. The Fix Sprint, where we also make the changes and re-measure six weeks later, is KES 35,000. Ongoing SEO Growth is KES 20,000 a month with a three-month minimum. The audit fee is credited if you take the Fix Sprint within 30 days.

Can you guarantee a first-page ranking on Google?

No, and nobody honestly can. Google decides rankings. What we can do is find the searches you already appear for, fix what stops people clicking, and show you the before and after numbers from your own Search Console.

Do you only work on websites you built?

No. We work on any website we can get edit access to, including WordPress, Wix, Shopify and custom-built sites. We also need access to Google Search Console, and we set it up for you if you do not have it yet.

How long does SEO take to show results?

Changes to titles and descriptions can show in Search Console within two to four weeks. New pages and content usually take six weeks to three months to settle. That is why every fix sprint ends with a re-measure at six weeks.

What do you need from us to start?

Access to your Google Search Console property, or permission to set one up, plus edit access to your website. If you have no Search Console data yet, we start with the technical setup and the data builds from there.
