What counts as a reply?
Each answer the bot gives to a visitor is one reply. Opening the chat does not count. 3,000 replies is about 100 conversations a day.
What happens when the replies or the 30 days run out?
The chat bubble hides itself, so visitors never see an error. Pay again in your dashboard and it comes back at once. If you pay early, the new 30 days start when the current ones end.
Can someone copy my bot onto their website?
No. Your bot only answers on the websites you list in your dashboard.
Will it make things up?
It is told to answer only from the facts you give it, and to send visitors to your WhatsApp or email when it does not know. Like any AI it can still make mistakes, so keep your facts clear and check the questions in your dashboard.
